IT Project management is a key component of ensuring project delivery. We follow the Prince 2 management methodology. The traditional waterfall project management is no longer a viable option for our clients as technology is changing faster than the project can be managed.

We use Prince 2 Agile methodology in most of our projects. Unless there is a specific preference by the client we will use Trello to manage the project deliverables as it is a good collaboration tool with a lot of visual aids that empowers all project team members to participate.

We do not commit to project delivery dates that are not achievable in our business. Project overruns are costly and to the detriment of all stakeholders.

When it comes to project management we believe in being real, being honest and delivering on what we promise.

In any project there unexpected events and we believe in identifying them quickly, planning properly and mitigating the impact as quick as possible.
